Hummingbird Highway is the most scenic highway in Belize, runs 54 miles from the junction of the George Price Highway ( formally Western Highway ) at Belmopan, Cayo District to Dangriga, Stann Creek District. The drive through the Mayan Mountains on the Hummingbird Highway is so spectacular, seeing endless greenery and at times you will spot wildlife. The Hummingbird Highway passes through many villages as well as large citrus orchards.
