Do I need to book my shuttle in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your shuttle as soon as possible to ensure that your spot is reserved.
What is a private transfer?
Private transfers are the ultimate in convenience and flexibility, can be scheduled at your desired time. Your group has the van to themselves and can request as many stops for photos or restroom stops as you like during the trip.
Where do I meet my driver at Belize Airport?
When arriving at the Belize International Airport, you will meet your driver immediately as you exit the arrivals terminal door after you clear customs. This will be outside the building. As soon as you exit, look for the driver with your name on a clipboard.
Can I be drop-off or picked up at a Hotel or Residence?
Yes, Julian Transfer offers door to door shuttles service.
What happen if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed or canceled, we will reschedule your shuttle. If there is a delay of less than 3 hours, the driver will wait if possible. Please communicate with us as soon as you are aware of any delays or cancellations.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but please notify us in advance.
Are there rest stops along the way?
Yes, there is a rest stop on each long transfer so you can use the restroom, get something to eat or stretch your legs if you wish to do so. In case of an emergency, just let your driver know that you need to make a stop.
