Deposit & Payment Schedule:

 

• To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

• The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival.

​

• If you book within 5 days of your arrival date, you'll need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

​

• You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking without any penalties.

​

• If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund, minus a 4% processing fee.

​

• For cancellations made 15-29 days before your arrival, you'll get a 75% refund of your total deposit, minus a 4% processing fee.

​

• If you cancel 6-14 days before your arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund of your total deposit, minus a 4% processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

• No-shows and any unused parts of your stay are also non-refundable.

• We can't provide refunds for travel delays, airline cancellations, weather issues, or any other unexpected events that are out of our control.

• For extra peace of mind, we strongly suggest getting travel insurance.
