How to Book your Shuttle:
To make a reservation for yourself or a group, please contact Julian Shuttles and Transfers by email juliantransfer@yahoo.com or by calling at +501-635-5601. You may also fill out the customer information form with the link below and submit it for response in about 24 hours or less.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Rental Deposit & Payment Schedule:

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival.

If you book within 5 days of your arrival date, you'll need to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking without any penalties.

If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, you'll receive a full refund, minus a 4% processing fee.

For cancellations made 15-29 days before your arrival, you'll get a 75% refund of your total deposit, minus a 4% processing fee.

If you cancel 6-14 days before your arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund of your total deposit, minus a 4% processing fee.

Cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
Additional Notes:

No-shows and any unused parts of your stay are also non-refundable.

We can't provide refunds for travel delays, airline cancellations, weather issues, or any other unexpected events that are out of our control.

For extra peace of mind, we strongly suggest getting travel insurance.
